Importing your client list
After your workspace is approved, practice administrators can import clients from Patients → Import using CSV or Excel. Export a client report from your prior EHR export or spreadsheet, then match columns to our template (first name, last name, and optional demographics).
Up to 5,000 clients per file — split larger exports into multiple uploads. Clinical notes, appointments, and billing history are not bulk-imported; bring those over separately as needed.
